Stabilizer for whipped creams, vanilla-flavored fillings for preparing desserts, cups, pastries and cakes.
Dosage:
100g Stabilizer + 0.150 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L vegetable whipping cream
100g Stabilizer + 0.05 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L animal whipped cream
(the dosage of stabilizer also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately mix with an electric whisk into the semi-whisked vegetable whipped cream. Whisk until desired consistency. You can sweeten to taste and add fruit. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, aroma, natural color: beta-carotene. The product is gluten-free.
