
Strawberry dessert with mirror glaze
Strawberry hemispheres
- 150 g mixed strawberries
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar (to taste)
- 100 ml water
- 1⁄2 bag of Liana Golden Cream
Strawberry whipped cream
- 150 ml vegetable whipping cream
- 80 g soft cottage cheese/yogurt
- 20 ml of water
- 80 g Stuzovač Liana STRAWBERRY
- 2-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
Mirror coating
- 70 g Chocolate White Liana
- 40-50 ml vegetable whipping cream
- 100 g STRAWBERRY liana stiffener
- 100 ml water
Next we need

- We make a thick pudding from strawberries, water, granulated sugar and golden cream, which we pour into a silicon mold for small hemispheres and let it harden properly in the freezer. Adjust the amount of sugar to your own taste.
- Whip the cream with cottage cheese, add a stiffener mixed with water to the whipped cream and whip a thick whipped cream. Sweeten to taste.
- Half fill the mold for larger hemispheres, place a strawberry pudding hemisphere in the middle, layer the remaining whipped cream, smooth it and let it harden in the freezer for about 8 hours.
- Prepare the mirror glaze by melting the chocolate in cream, then mix the stiffener mixed with water into it with an immersion blender.
- Pour the frosting over the frozen hemispheres immediately after removing them from the freezer. The easiest way is to put the hemisphere on a goblet or bowl with a smaller diameter than the hemisphere itself, place it on a plate and pour it over. Since the frosting on the frosted hemisphere hardens immediately, we recommend finishing the decoration immediately after pouring.
Good tip 1.:
If the frosting hardens, heat it a little in the microwave and mix with an immersion blender. An immersion blender will also help you if small bubbles form in the frosting.
Good tip 2.:
If you haven't used all the frosting, you can store it in the refrigerator. Before the next use, it is enough to heat it in the microwave oven and mix it with an immersion blender.
Good tip 3.:
According to this recipe, you can make hemispheres of different flavors if you change the type of fruit and the flavor of Stužovač Liana.
