Stabilizer for whipped creams, chocolate-flavored fillings for preparing desserts, cups, pastries and cakes.
Dosage: 100g Stabilizer + 0.1 -0.150 L lukewarm water + 0.5L whipped cream
(the dosage of stabilizer also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately mix it into the semi-whisked vegetable whipped cream with an electric whisk. Whisk until desired consistency. You can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder with reduced solids content (41.5%), modified starch E1414, gelatin, dextrose, aroma. The product is gluten-free.
