Stabilizer for whipped creams, fillings, for preparing desserts, cups, pastries and cakes.
Dosage:
100g Stabilizer + 0.1l - 0.150 l lukewarm water + 0.5 l whipped cream.
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water or milk. Immediately stir into the semi-whisked vegetable whipped cream with an electric whisk. Whisk until desired consistency. With animal whipped cream, whisk very briefly because it may overwhip. You can sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified potato starch E1414, pork gelatin. The product is gluten-free.
