
Gluten-free waffle dessert
Waffle dough
- 370 g Cake mix Liana
- 185 g of butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 30 g Liana vanillin sugar
- 3-4 eggs
- 450-500 ml milk
- pinch of salt
Filling
- 600 ml whipping cream (vegetable / animal)
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 250-300 g soft cream cheese
- 80 g of sugar
- 40 g Liana vanillin sugar
- 50 g Hardener Liana neutral
- 400 g of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs and milk to the melted butter. Mix everything well and add the Cake mix mixture. Mix a smooth, thicker dough with a hand mixer.
- Heat up the waffle maker, grease it with oil and layer the dough with a large spoon. Close and bake until golden brown for about 6-7 minutes.
