- 250 g plain flour
- 125 g of butter
- 90 g powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 egg
- 2 KL Liana cinnamon sugar
- Put the ingredients in a bowl and make the dough. Let it sit for about 60 minutes in the cold.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut out circles from it, which we will stamp.
- Place the stamp cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 190°C for about 8 minutes.
