
Cocoa cake with sour cream
Dough
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup acidophilic milk or kefir
- 1 cup semi-coarse flour
- 1/4 cup spelled flour or just semi-coarse flour
- 1/4 cup Dark Liana Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Liana baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda Liana
- pinch of salt

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough in one container and finally add raisins, plums, nuts, and chocolate to taste.
2. Pour into a cake pan.
3. Bake at 170°C for 50 minutes. After it has cooled, turn it out of the mold and you can cover it with chocolate glaze or sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
A good tip:
If we use a metal or glass cake mold, we need to rub it with butter and sprinkle it with flour so that the cake can easily come out of the mold after baking.

We prepare the gluten-free version by replacing flour and baking powder with 1 and 1/4 cup Cake mix Liana.
