
Cupcakes with peanut cream
- 80 g of peanut butter
- 30 g of butter
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 300 g Chocolate Liana 70%

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Let it cool down a bit.
2. Lay out the paper cups and pour a small spoonful of chocolate into each one. Pour the chocolate so that it reaches the edges of the cupcake.
3. Let the prepared cupcakes harden in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
4. Beat the peanut butter, butter and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
5. Put the cream in a pastry bag and spray a layer on the hardened chocolate. Cover with melted chocolate and decorate according to your own imagination. Let it harden.
