Gluten-free balls with smoked meat
Dough
- 500g boiled potatoes
- 280 g Bakery mix Liana
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
Filling
- 300 g smoked meat
- 1 egg
- spices to taste
Cabbage
- oil or ointment
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 600 g of cabbage
1. Boil peeled potatoes, drain and mash. Add the cooled potatoes to the Bakery mix , egg and salt. We will make the dough from which we will make a cylinder and cut it into 8 parts. We shape each part into a patty, which we fill with the filling (grind the smoked cooked meat and mix it with an egg) and make a ball.
2. Place the balls in salted boiling water. When they float to the surface, cook them for another 7 minutes.
3. Caramelize the sugar, add the onion and stew the cabbage for 30 minutes.
4. Drizzle the finished balls with oil, sprinkle with cabbage, add fried bacon or you can also add sour cream.
