- 100 g of cheese
- 50 g Cake mix Liana
- 1 KL dried garlic
- 2 KL pizza spices
- ¼ tsp salt

Next we need
- Universal mix Liana for sprinkling
- Grate the hard cheese finely. Add the remaining ingredients and make a non-sticky dough by hand. Wrap in foil and leave for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Divide the dough into 8 parts on a floured work surface. We make a small loaf from each. Roll out thinly into a circle. We make holes in the dough with a thicker straw and cut it into 8 parts. Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
