
Gluten-free cherry gnocchi
- 280 g Universal mix Liana
- 6 quail eggs or 2 chicken eggs
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- coconut milk as needed
- cherries
- coconut cream or cottage cheese
- Liana vanillin sugar
- Make a dough from Universal mix, eggs, sugar, salt and milk.
- Cover the cherries with spoons in dough and cook in boiling water. After cooking, pour Ghee butter or normal butter.
- Served with coconut cream and vanilla sugar or sprinkled with cottage cheese.
A good tip:
Pit the larger cherries.
