- 125 g Universal mix Liana
- 125 g solidified fat
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 125 g of grated sugar
- ½ KL Baking soda Liana
Next we need
- Chocolate Liana 70% + fat for decoration
- Mix the loose ingredients in a bowl, add solidified fat and make a compact dough.
- Press the dough into the dry molds, max. molds at the same time. Bake at 170°C for about 12-15 minutes.
- We take the rožteks out of the molds only after they have cooled down. Dip the ends of the skewers in melted chocolate with a bit of fat.
