
Gluten-free hedgehogs
Dough
- 300 g Cake mix Liana
- 40 g vegetable fat for baking
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
Appendices
- 30 pieces of walnut halves
- chocolate frosting
- coconut for coating
- 1. Make a dough from cake mix , fat, sugar and eggs, which we roll out to a thickness of 3 mm.
- 2. Use a round cutter to cut out circles and place half of a walnut on each. We wrap it in dough and shape the body of the hedgehog. Make holes for the eyes with a match, place the hedgehogs on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
- 3. Once cooled, dip in chocolate coating and immediately wrap in coconut. Decorate the eyes and nose with chocolate.
