
Gluten-free machine pastry
Dough
- 250 g Universal mix Liana
- 140 g vegetable fat
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- a pinch of Liana vanillin sugar
Frosting
- 50 g Chocolate 70% Liana
- 50 g vegetable fat for toppings
1. Mix the ingredients for the dough together into a smooth dough and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Gradually add the dough to the machine and press out different shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Bake in a heated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
4. After removing from the oven, let it cool and later decorate it according to your own imagination with chocolate coating.
