Gluten-free marlenka without rolling
Complicated marlenka in a simple preparation and even GLUTEN FREE.

- 100 g Cake mix Liana
- 350 g Universal mix Liana
- 250 g vegetable fat
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 smaller PL med
- 1 KL Baking soda Liana
Filling
- 800 ml of milk
- 250 g vegetable fat for fillings/butter
- 2 bags Golden cream Liana
- 20-40g Liana vanillin sugar
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk caramelized
Next we need
- Chocolate Liana 70%
- vegetable fat
- chopped nuts
- Melt vegetable fat, sugar and honey in a bowl over steam. Add sifted Cake mix and Universal mix. Finally, stir in the eggs and baking soda.
- Spread on a tray lined with baking paper. Divide the dough so that it comes out on 3-4 sheets. Bake at 175°C for 7-8 minutes.
- We cook a thick pudding from milk and Golden creams. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and let cool.
- Beat softened vegetable fat or butter with sweetened caramelized condensed milk and gradually beat into the cooled pudding.
- Cut the uneven edges from each sheet and spread the filling. Cover the surface of the marlenka with the remaining filling and sprinkle with the crushed edges. We can sprinkle with chopped nuts and lightly drizzle with chocolate glaze.
