
Gluten-free mini balls without leavening
- 4 eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- 50 g of milk
- 40 g of oil
- 280 g Universal mix Liana
- 1 pc Liana baking powder

1. Mix eggs with sugar with a whisk. Gradually add milk, oil and finally mix in Universal mix with baking powder.
2. Heat the oil in a pan. Using two teaspoons, put pieces of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. Drain off the excess oil. At the end, sprinkle with powdered sugar. We can serve jam or other fruit spread according to taste.
