
Gluten-free mug orange cubes
Dough
- 2 cups Cake mix Liana
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter (cut into cubes)
- 20 g Liana vanillin sugar
Cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup Universal mix Liana
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 KL grated orange peel
- 4 eggs
Next we need

- Make a crumbly dough with your hands. Line the tray with baking paper, pour the dough and spread it with your hands over the entire tray and on the sides. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients for the cream in a bowl with a whisk. Pour onto the pre-baked dough and bake for another 30 minutes. Leave the baked cake to cool. You can sprinkle with sugar before serving.
A good tip:
Instead of orange cubes, we can prepare lemon cubes. Then you need to add more sugar.
Good tip 2 :
After cooling, the dough is harder. You have to wait until the next day, when the cream soaks into the dough and it is much softer.
