
Gluten-free twix and snickers
Dough
- 2 glasses of Cake mix Liana (345 g)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (105 g)
- 1.5 cups of butter (200 g)
- pinch of salt
Filling
- caramel salko
Frosting
- 300 g white chocolate
- 100 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- vegetable fat for toppings
1. Mix the dry ingredients for the dough and add butter.
2. Mix everything together and fill a mold lined with baking paper.
3. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
4. After cooling down, spread the caramel sauce. We can sprinkle peanuts on half of the cake.
5. We first coat the bottom of the baking paper with the prepared chocolate glaze, then place the cake and cover it all over. After it hardens, pour it once more.
