- gluten-free sponge cakes
- 1 kg of apples
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 300 ml of water
- 2 pcs Golden cream Liana
Whipped cream
- 1 pc (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 2 spoons of powdered sugar
1. Clean, peel and grate the apples. Add sugar, 100 ml of water and cook until soft.
2. Mix the golden cream in the remaining water and pour it into the boiling apples, stirring constantly.
3. Layer apples and sponge cakes alternately in the cake form.
4. Let cool. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream delight and grated chocolate.
A good tip:
For faster preparation, we can use apple puree instead of apples.
