- gluten version: 95 g semi-coarse flour + 5 g Liana raising powder

- 100 g of butter
- 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Corps
- Beat the egg whites until foamy. Add egg yolks, powdered sugar, oil and water. Gradually add Cake mix/ semi-coarse flour with baking powder with a spatula.
- Pour into the body mold.
- Bake the carcass for 25 minutes at 165°C.
Filling
- Beat the butter, cocoa and sugar.
