
Plums in gluten-free cinnamon dough
Dough
- 1 cup milk (250 ml)
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of powdered sugar
- 1 spoon of oil
- 5 spoons of cake mix Liana
- ½ teaspoon Liana cinnamon

- 1. Prepare the dough as for pancakes and let it stand for 15 minutes.
- 2. Cut the plums, remove the stone and insert a cube of white chocolate.
- 3. Oil the plums themselves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 4. Heat the oil in a mug.
- 5. Dip the plums in the batter and place them in the heated oil with the chocolate on top.
- 6 . Turn from the other side and fry until golden. Drain excess oil on paper.
- 7. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar again.
