  1. 1. Prepare the dough as for pancakes and let it stand for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the plums, remove the stone and insert a cube of white chocolate.
  3. 3. Oil the plums themselves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a mug.
  5. 5. Dip the plums in the batter and place them in the heated oil with the chocolate on top.
  6. 6 . Turn from the other side and fry until golden. Drain excess oil on paper.
  7. 7. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar again.
