
Strawberry mousse with muesli
- Muesli
Cream
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 pcs (60g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 50 g Liana strawberry stabilizer
- 1 tbsp (50g) mascarpone
For decoration

1. Pour Whipped Cream Delight and Liana Jahoda Stabilizer into the milk.
2. Beat until stiff.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of mascarpone and beat again. Put the cream in a pastry bag with a decorative tip.
4. Put a spoonful of muesli on the bottom of the glass, layer the cream, and again ½ tablespoon of muesli and cream.
5. Sprinkle the surface with muesli and decorate with strawberries. Let it harden in the cold for at least 1-2 hours.
