
Yogurt cake with cottage cheese and fruit
Dough
- 400 g semi-coarse flour
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 120 ml of oil
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
- 1 pc Liana baking powder
- 350 ml yogurt milk
- 2 spoons of Liana dark cocoa
Filling
- 250 g soft cottage cheese
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
- 1 pc Golden cream Liana
- 50 ml of milk
- 2 spoons of granulated sugar

1. Mix all ingredients for the dough except cocoa in one container. Separate a third of the dough and add cocoa to it.
2. Mix the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
3. Layer first light dough, then dark, half of the cheese filling, fruit, the other half of the cheese filling, dark dough and finally light dough in the cake mold.
4. Bake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes.
5. After cooling, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
