This gel is suitable for finishing flat, inclined or vertical surfaces. Thanks to the ideal consistency, the diamonds are applied in a thin layer, which allows them to be used for "glazing" fresh fruit. It can also be used as a gloss for edible wafers and sugar masses, which after application give, for example, the effect of water, a twinkle in the eye,... In addition, you can create a mirror glaze with gel.
Ingredients : glucose syrup, water, gelling agents (pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrate, calcium lactate, calcium phosphate), potassium sorbate, aroma.

How to use: Heat the glaze to 37°C, mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency and pour over the dessert. If you need a more liquid consistency, you can add water (max. 30%). Do not add water when consolidating wafers and disposable prints.
