Try our quick gluten-free apple pie with crumble! For the preparation, we used our gluten-free flour mixture Cake mix, which ensures a soft and supple dough. It's a simple mug recipe that anyone can make, even if you're short on time. Dough

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g of sour cream
  • 2 cups Cake mix Liana

  1. Dough: Beat eggs with granulated sugar with a mixer until stiff. Gradually add oil and sour cream. Gently stir in the Liana cake mix.
  2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper using an oiled spatula.
  3. Apple filling: Cut the peeled apples into cubes, stew and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. If necessary, we can sweeten with sugar.
  4. Spread the filling evenly on the dough.
  5. Prepare the crumble by mixing Cake mix Liana, granulated sugar and butter, sprinkle it on the cake.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. After baking, let it cool.
