Coating and modeling mass with a higher sugar content, snow-white color and soft consistency for coating and modeling. It is suitable for preparing sheets for covering cakes and for modeling. It can be colored all over or only on the surface with water-soluble or fat-soluble food colors.

Ingredients : sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm, coconut), water, humectant glycerol, thickener: E415, citric acid, aroma. May contain milk, sulphites and nuts. Store in a dry place up to 20°C.
