Cupcake mix 1 kg

Ready-made muffin mix with a delicious vanilla flavor from the Fun Cakes brand.

Preparation: The ingredients must be at room temperature. For 20-24 muffins, we need 500 g of the mixture, 250 g of butter and 5 eggs (250 g). Mix the ingredients on low speed for 4 minutes until the dough is smooth. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups, fill the cups halfway with the dough. Bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven 160°C) for 18-22 minutes.

Ingredients : sugar, wheat flour, raising agent: E450, E500, emulsifier: E472b (palm, rapeseed), E477 (palm), glucose syrup (dried), milk powder (skimmed), preservative: E202, thickener: E415, flavor ( milk ), color: E160b. May contain traces of eggs, soy and lupin. Store in a cool, dry place.
