Mixture for the preparation of Swiss cream with the taste of crème pâtissière and whipped cream. Ideal for filling corpuses, decorating cupcakes or cakes.
Preparation: The ingredients must be at room temperature. For one portion: use 250 g of mixture and 550 ml of water. Place the mixture and water in a bowl. Blend for 5 minutes on high speed. Let the cream rest for 15 minutes before use.
