Mixture for the preparation of Swiss Cream Fun Cake. Make a quick and easy delicious Swiss buttercream that is less sweet than traditional buttercream. Ideal for filling and covering cakes, decorating cupcakes or cakes.
Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. For one portion: mix 100 g of powder with 70 ml of warm water (50-60 °C) for 8 minutes with a whisk on the highest setting. Add 220 grams of unsalted (creamy) butter to the mixture in 4 parts and beat until the butter is completely melted before adding the next part. Mix at high speed for approx. 8 minutes until smooth cream. One portion of the cream is enough to fill and cover 1 cake 20 cm, or to decorate about 12 cookies.
Ingredients : sugar, free-range egg white (dried), thickener: E466, acid: 330, aroma. May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk and lupine .
