Chocolate ganache, with its intense dark chocolate flavor, is delicious and is becoming increasingly popular among confectioners. It can be used as a icing, filling for desserts, pralines, macaroons, or ice cream.
Directions: Heat the ganache for 1 minute at 340 watts in the microwave or in a water bath. Spread the ganache. One package is enough to cover one 25 cm cake or fill two 20 cm cake layers. To make the buttercream or chocolate filling, mix 150 g softened butter with 260 g ganache and mix for 5 minutes on high speed.
Ingredients: vegetable fat (palm, shea), vegetable oil (rapeseed), sugar, fat-free cocoa, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: E322 (soy ), flavor (vanillin). Store in a cool and dry place, max. 25ºC. Limited shelf life after opening.
