SORBIC ACID

Preservative suitable for the preparation of jams, marmalade, syrups, ketchup. It prevents the formation of molds, bacteria , and yeast and thus preserves your jams, marmalades and other products from your own kitchen for a long time without spoiling.

CITRIC ACID

Food-grade citric acid is used to flavor compotes, fruit salads, in the production of jams and jams, syrups, and is also suitable for flavoring fruit drinks and household cleaning.

GELÍRKA 2:1

Gelling preparation suitable for quick preparation of jams, marmalades, jellies. It is added directly to fruit juice (1 bag for 750 ml of juice + 500 g of sugar) or directly to fruit (1 bag for 1 kg of fruit + 500 g of sugar). It is always added before adding sugar.
