Ingredients : powdered sugar, citric acid, powdered egg white .

Energy value per 100 g of product: Energy 1812 kJ/ 433 kcal, Fats 9.1 g of which saturated fatty acids 6.2 g, Carbohydrates 87.7 g of which sugars 86.3 g, Proteins 0.1 g, Salt 0.045 g.

Method of preparation : mix 25 g of water with 173 g of royal icing powder until smooth. Adjust the consistency of the mass with the amount of water. Store away from direct light and moisture.
