
Jelly candies, decorations
- 1 pc Gelatin and hardener 2 in 1 sour cherry (or strawberry, blueberry Liana)
- 3-4 spoons of granulated sugar
- 250 ml of water
1. Mix the gelatin and 2-in-1 strawberry, sour cherry or Liana blueberry hardener with granulated sugar, let it swell for 15 minutes in water and heat, stirring constantly, until the crystals dissolve.
2. Pour into silicone molds or, if you want to cut into cubes, into a bowl and put in the refrigerator to harden.
3. We can use it to decorate fresh fruit, whipped cream cups, cakes, desserts or eat it as healthy homemade jelly candies.
