
Apple trellis
Dough
- 600 g semi-coarse flour
- 150 ml of white yogurt
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 1 bag Liana baking powder
- 2 bags Liana vanillin sugar
- pinch of salt
- an egg
Apple filling
- 10 pieces of grated apples
- 2-3 bags Liana cinnamon sugar
- Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Put in the refrigerator.
- We clean, grate the apples, squeeze the juice with our hands. Add cinnamon sugar to the apples.
- Divide the rested dough into 2 parts in a ratio of 2:1, roll out on baking paper or a silicone mat and transfer to a baking sheet. Layer the apples on top of the dough.
- Roll out the other smaller half of the dough, cut it into strips and place it on top of the apples to form a grid. Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
A good tip:
Prepare the gluten-free version by substituting semi-coarse flour for 600 g of Universal mix Liana or Cake mix Liana and leave out the baking powder.
