
Apples under the duvet
Dough
- 200 g semi-coarse flour
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 80 g of butter
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- ½ bag Liana baking powder
- an egg
Apple filling
- 1 bag Cinnamon sugar Liana
- 2 small apples
Pudding filling
- 400 ml of milk
- 1 bag Golden cream Liana
- 3 spoons of sugar
Next we need
- small form 12 x 30 cm or on a larger sheet 3 times the dose of raw materials
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Let it sit in the refrigerator.
- Cut the cleaned apples in half and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts in a ratio of 2:1. Roll out on baking paper or a silicone mat and transfer to a mold / baking sheet.
- We will cook pudding from milk, golden cream and sugar. Pour the pudding onto the dough and place apple halves sprinkled with cinnamon sugar on top of the pudding.
- Roll out the second smaller half of the dough again on baking paper and cover the pudding with apples. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 175°C for 20-30 minutes.
A good tip:
Prepare the gluten-free version by substituting semi-coarse flour for 200 g of Universal mix Liana or Cake mix Liana and omit the baking powder.
