- 400 ml lukewarm milk
- 30 g of yeast
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g of butter or lard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 bag Liana lemon topping

1. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast to about 100 ml of lukewarm milk. Let it rise for about 10 minutes.
2. Put flour, 1/2 bag of lemon glaze, salt, remaining milk, remaining sugar, egg yolks, yeast into a bowl. We will make a smooth dough. Finally, mix in melted butter or lard, not hot. Let it rise, covered, for about 40-60 minutes in a warm place.
3. Place the dough on a floured surface, place the jam, cover with the other half of the dough and cut out circles that are filled with jam from the inside. Or cut out clean circles and serve with jam when baked. Place on a baking sheet coated with oil and leave to rise for another 20 minutes. Before baking, you can lightly brush with oil. Bake at a temperature of 190°C until golden brown. Immediately after baking, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
