- 1 and ¼ cups Cake mix Liana
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 large apples
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 bag Cinnamon sugar Liana
- Mix the softened butter with powdered sugar and cinnamon until foamy. Mix in the eggs one at a time and gradually the cake mix.
- Add cleaned, coarsely grated apples and coarsely ground nuts. Pour into a cake pan lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 45 minutes in an oven heated to 180°C.
