
Gluten-free baked baguettes
- 2 gluten-free baguettes
- 400 g of mushrooms
- salt
- black pepper
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 g grated cheese
- oregano
- ketchup
1. Salt and season the mushrooms. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Then we mix them with mozzarella.
2. Spread the sliced baguettes with butter and garlic.
3. Fill them with the mushroom mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.
4. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Finally, we can pour ketchup.
