
Gluten-free banana donuts
- 150 g Universal mix Liana
- 60 g granulated sugar
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 1 KL Baking powder Liana
- 3 ripe bananas
- pinch of salt
- oil for frying
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl. Add vanillin and granulated sugar. In the second bowl, mix Universal mix with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually mix the loose mixture into the wet mixture. The dough must not be thin or too thick.
- Using two spoons, we place piles of dough in hot oil and fry until brown on both sides.
- Place the donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
