
Gluten-free boiled dumpling
- 200 g Bread mix white Liana
- 50 g Bread mix dark Liana
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 12 g of yeast
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
1. Put Bread mix white and Bread mix dark in a bowl. Add yeast mixed in water and let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Then pour the remaining lukewarm water, add the egg and salt.
3. Process with an electric mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Transfer to a pad sprinkled with rice flour and work with floured hands.
5. We divide it into two parts, which we shape with our hands into the shape of a dumpling. (The size so that they fit into the pot in which they will be cooked).
6. Cover with food foil and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
7. Boil water in a wider pot. Place the leavened dumplings directly into the boiling water and cover with a lid. Let it cook for about 6-8 minutes.
8. After that, take it out, coat it with oil and let it cool on a wire rack.
A good tip:
We can also use 250 g Bread mix dark or 250 g Bread mix white alone.
