Juicy bun made of soft gluten-free Christmas cake according to our recipe.

Gluten-free Christmas cake according to our recipe
- 500 g grated apples
- Liana cinnamon sugar to taste
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 KL Liana vanillin sugar
- granulated sugar to taste
- 1 KL Liana lemon glaze
Dip mix
- 500-800 ml of milk
- 4 yolks
- 1-2 KL Liana vanillin sugar
- granulated sugar to taste
White snow
- 4 egg whites
- 200 g granulated sugar
- Season the grated apples with cinnamon sugar according to your own taste.
- Mix the cottage cheese with the egg, vanilla and granulated sugar and lemon glaze.
- Mix the egg yolks in the milk and sweeten to taste.
- Dip the sliced Christmas tree in the milk mixture and place in the mold in layers: Christmas tree, apples, Christmas tree, cheese filling and finally Christmas tree.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- While the bun is baking, whip stiff snow from egg whites and sugar.
- Put the snow on the bun and bake at 160°C until golden.
Good tip 1.:
You can find the recipe for Gluten-free Christmas by clicking here . Our bun was baked a week in advance, then frozen. We took juz out of the freezer the day before preparing the bun.
Good tip 2.:
To keep the bun more moist, we will use a form with a solid bottom.
