
Gluten-free cake with termix filling
- 125 g cake mix Liana
- 50 g Fine mix Liana
- 250 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup butter
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons spreadable butter
- 3 PL nutella
- 3 PL Liana dark cocoa
- 1 piece of banana
Next we need
- Plum jam for spreading
- Cake mix Liana for sprinkling
- nuts for sprinkling
- fat for greasing the mold
- Beat butter with sugar, add egg, Cake mix Liana and Fine mix Liana, if the dough is too stiff, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Knead the dough on a floured work surface. Grease the mold with fat and put the dough on its bottom. Prick with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 10-12 minutes.
- After it has cooled down, cover it with jam, arrange the banana slices and pour the filling. Prepare the filling by mixing cottage cheese, spreadable butter, sugar, cocoa and nutella. Sprinkle the top with nuts. Let it harden in the refrigerator for about an hour.
