Collapsible round metal mold 26 cm

Mold made of high quality steel covered with a "Non Stick" layer for easy removal of the dough. Zipper on the side, with a flat wavy bottom. The molds are resistant to high temperature, they are heated evenly so that the dough is well done. A silicone or wooden utensil should be used for the baking sheet so as not to damage the surface of the mold.

It is not suitable for the dishwasher. Metal wires damage the surface of the mold.
