Cookie dough
- 200 g ground butter biscuits
- 100 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk
Cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 bag (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 250 g soft cottage cheese
- 250 g of sour cream
- 40g Liana vanillin sugar
- 3 - 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 20 ml of milk
- 12 g Liana clear gelatin
Next we need

- Golden cream Liana
1. Mix ground or crushed biscuits with melted butter and milk. Press the cookie dough onto the bottom of the cake pan and put it in the refrigerator.
2. Leave the clear gelatin to swell in 20 ml of milk. Whip the whipped cream in 150 ml of milk and mix in the remaining ingredients. Finally, heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave until the crystals dissolve and immediately beat it with an electric mixer into the prepared cream mass.
3. Put the fruit on the biscuit mixture and pour the prepared cream. Let it harden in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
4. Finally, decorate with fruit, jam or glaze, prepared from 300 ml of fruit juice and 1 tbsp of Golden Cream.
