- 130 g Fine mix Liana
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 120 g granulated sugar
- 60 g of oil
- 5 pears
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 2 eggs
- juice of ½ lemon
Next we need
- ground hazelnuts for sprinkling
- Cut the cleaned pears into small cubes, add lemon juice and mix. Beat eggs with granulated and vanillin sugar until foamy, add oil and milk and mix. Sprinkle the pears and gradually mix in the Fine mix.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with baking paper, sprinkle with ground hazelnuts and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Use a toothpick to test whether the dough is baked.
