
Gluten-free carrot macs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 mug of milk
- 2 mugs Cake mix Liana
- ½ cup oil
- 2 carrots

- Beat the whole egg with sugar until foamy for about 5 minutes.
- Add oil.
- Gradually mix the cake mix and carrots by hand.
- Mix cocoa into part of the dough, you can dilute it with a drop of milk.
- We pour the white dough into the greased form, we can make ears and paws with cocoa. Add fruit, chocolate or jam and bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
