
Gluten-free cats
White dough
- 1 mug Cake mix Liana
- 1/2 cup sugar (white or cane)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
Cocoa dough
- 1 spoonful of Liana Exclusive dark cocoa
Appendices
- jam, fruit, chocolate
- Mug = 250 ml
1. Mix the ingredients for the white dough in a tall container with a whisk.
2. Separate part of the dough and mix in cocoa . If we want a larger portion of cocoa nibs, mix about 1 tablespoon of cocoa into the larger portion of the dough.
3. Pour max. to half, because they will rise during baking, according to the pictures below. We can put a piece of fruit, jam or chocolate in the middle.
4. Bake at a low temperature of about 150°C for about 15 minutes so that they are evenly high.
5. Allow to cool slightly and carefully remove from the mold.
A good tip:
1. If we want to keep the jam in the center of the teddy bear, pour just a little batter into the mold and bake for approx. 3 minutes in the oven at 150°C. Then add jam or fruit and cover with dough max. to half the height of the form. Bake for approx. 12-15 minutes.
2. If you don't have a mold for teddy bears, you can make muffins from this dough.
Good tip 2:
The classic version with wheat flour is prepared by replacing the cup of Cake mix with semi-coarse flour and adding a pinch of Liana Baking Powder.
