
Gluten-free cheese-salami patties
- 300 g Bakery mix Liana
- 30 g Liana red lentil flour
- 210 g of butter
- 100 g fine salami
- 1 piece of processed cheese in a casing
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1.5 KL of salt
Next we need
- Liana rice flour for sprinkling
- egg for brushing
- flax, sesame and sunflower seeds for sprinkling
- Finely chop the salami and mix all the ingredients. We make a compact dough, wrap it in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm and cut out circles. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with seeds and bake in a heated oven at 200°C for approximately 13-15 minutes.
