
Gluten-free chocolate brownies
- 250 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- 250 g of butter
- 4 large eggs L
- 200 g granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 PL Cake mix Liana
- 2 PL Liana dark cocoa
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Let it cool down.
- Using an electric mixer, mix the eggs and sugar into a light foam, add a pinch of salt while mixing.
- Mix the sifted cake mix with cocoa by hand and gradually pour in the cooled melted chocolate.
- Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170°C. We adapt the length of baking to the size of the baking sheet, the larger the baking sheet, the shorter the baking time.
- Brownies are served slightly cooled with ice cream or whipped cream and fruit.
