
Gluten-free cottage cheese donuts
- 250 g lumpy cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 KL Liana vanillin sugar
- 1 KL Baking soda Liana
- 150 g Bakery mix Liana
Next we need:
- Decorative insoluble powdered sugar Liana
- jam to taste
- Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, baking soda and bakery mix are made by hand into a dough. Let it sit in the cold for 30 minutes.
- Roll out on a floured work surface to approx. 8 mm.
- Cut out circles with holes.
- Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
- Served with your favorite jam and sprinkled with sugar.
